Lysá hora is a mountain in the Moravian-Silesian Beskids (Czechia). Its summit stands 1,324 m above sea level. Its prominence — how far it rises above the highest saddle linking it to a taller summit — is 768 m, and the nearest higher ground is 54 km away.

From the lowest point within 5 km (408 m), it rises 916 m. The steepest side is the south-west face: 21° on average over the first kilometre. In places the ground near the top reaches 37° — terrain for climbers, not walkers.

The nearest town is Ostravice, 4 km away at 436 m: 888 m below the summit.
