Picco Luigi Amedeo is a mountain in the Mont Blanc massif (Italy). Its summit stands 4,469 m above sea level.

From the lowest point within 5 km (1,519 m), it rises 2,950 m. The steepest side is the south-west face: 49° on average over the first kilometre. In places the ground near the top reaches 71° — terrain for climbers, not walkers.
