Lyskamm is a mountain in the Pennine Alps (Italy). Its summit stands 4,532 m above sea level. Its prominence — how far it rises above the highest saddle linking it to a taller summit — is 379 m, and the nearest higher ground is 3.0 km away.

From the lowest point within 5 km (2,415 m), it rises 2,117 m. The steepest side is the north face: 45° on average over the first kilometre. In places the ground near the top reaches 62° — terrain for climbers, not walkers.

On an average July afternoon the summit reaches about 0 °C; on January nights it falls to about -30 °C. Even in the warmest month the summit stays below freezing all day: ice and snow all year round. Even at its highest, in July, the 0 °C line reaches only about 4,510 m: 22 m below the summit. Across the region, January is the driest month (55 mm) and May the wettest (143 mm).
